Narender Singh Tomar, Bhupinder Singh to act as elections in charge for Haryana BJP

CHANDIGARH: With the BJP high command announcing the appointment of Union minister Narender Singh Tomar as in charge and Bhupinder Singh, Cabinet minister in Uttar Pardesh government as co-in charge of Assembly elections in Haryana, the Saffron party is formally getting into election mode.
The announcement had come on Friday. The BJP high command has decided to retain Anil Jain as party in charge for Haryana. Jain is Rajya Sabha MP. Notably, Tomar holds the charge of agriculture and farmers welfare department. His appointment will have significance, said Rajiv Jain, CM Khattar's media advisor.
The BJP has already announced to contest these elections in the name of Manohar Lal Khattar-led government's performance. Khattar is the face of the party for CM candidate once again.
Notably, Haryana BJP had contested last assembly elections under the supervision of senior BJP leader Kailash Vijayavargiya. BJP had got got 47 out of 90 assembly seats and for the first time Saffaron party had formed the government at its own.

Following this the saffaron party had been growing and has made clean sweep in Panchayats, Civic polls and lastly the Parliamentary elections.
Sources informed that both the new appointees have taken the charge and senior leaders have started camping in BJP's war room that has been set up in Rohtak.
