Cop on bike trying to avoid pothole run over

AMBERNATH: A 49- year- old traffic police constable, Sanjeev Patil, died after being hit by a truck in Ambernath on Tuesday afternoon.
Local residents claimed Patil was on his bike and trying to avoid the pothole when he was hit by a truck coming from behind. Police have arrested the truck driver and are yet to conclude the exact cause. "We are probing the case,"a cop said.
