India vs West Indies: Virat Kohli and Chris Gayle groove to Caribbean music during rain break

Team India skipper Virat Kohli was seen enjoying his time in Guyana as the weather keeps changing the flow of the match.

Kohli was jamming to the Caribbean beats played by the DJ at the stadium while the rest of the players were waiting for umpires to resume play after the rain stopped play during India's first ODI match against West Indies at the Providence Stadium on Thursday.

The toss got delayed by an hour due to heavy rain before the match and after the 50-over match was cut short to 43 overs due to the late kickoff. Despite the rain playing hide and seak all day, the DJ kept playing music for the fans inside the stadium and kept the mood alive.

Later on, former Royal Challengers Bangalore cricketer Chris Gayle and few members of the ground staff and the Indian team also joined Virat Kohli dancing. 

Gayle is playing his 299th ODI match for the Men In Maroon got dismissed early on by Indian spinner Kuldeep Yadav. The 39-year-old managed to score 4 runs off 31 delivers for his side. 

This is not the first time Kohli's has been spotted jamming to the Caribbean tunes during India's West Indies tour. During India's previous match as well, Virat was seen dancing and enjoying himself to the music. 

The rain again returned to spoil the part as both sides ran for cover after 13 overs. Windies are 54/1, Evin Lewis 40* and Shai Hope 6* are the two batsmen who will be leading the charge once the covers are off and play resumes.
