Fraud charges against three lawyers linked to solicitor Adam Magill have been dismissed by a Queensland court.

Corey Cullen, 28, Mitchell Cunningham, 30 and Nathan Hounsell, 31, who previously worked for Magill, were charged with fraud earlier this year

No evidence was offered against all three men during a brief mention in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday and the charges were formally dismissed.
