Three students of Campion School Bhopal Secondary section Master Parivesh Bajpai, Abeer Mishra and Vedant Sheshkar of PCM stream did the Institution, Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh state proud. These students cleared National Talent Search Examination (NTSE), Stage-II exam and got National Scholarship. Result was declared by the NCERT, New Delhi. All three Students will be entitled for a scholarship throughout their studies from the Central government, which will be Rs 1,250 per month in Class XI and XII and Rs 2,000 a month thereafter.
They prepared this examination under the guidance of senior teacher Mr. Mahendra Kothari. Mrs. Beena Prakash was also present on this occasion. The examination for second stage was conducted on May 13 this year. A total of 787 candidates have qualified the prestigious national-level examination from all over India. The stage 1 of the examination was held in November last year. Around 35 students from the city had made it to stage 2. In this National level examination, objective type questions were asked including mental ability, mathematics, English, Hindi and history subject questions.
NTSE is a national-level scholarship examination to identify and recognize students with high intellect and academic talent at high school level. NTSE examination is a Scholarship Exam conducted by NCERT. NTSE was constituted in 1963 by NCERT. It is one of the most prestigious scholarships in India and is also considered one of the toughest scholarship exams in India. NTSE is for students of Class X th to XII th and is conducted in two stages. This examination is held at two levels including state and national-level.
The students, who come in merit list, receive education scholarship from Ministry of Human Resource Development Government of India. Campion School Principal Fr.
