TN: Bus ticket inspector abuses elderly man, tries to kick him

COIMBATORE: A senior citizen was threatened by a bus ticket inspector at Gandhipuram bus stand here on Monday evening.
The incident happened when an elderly couple got down from a TNSTC town bus. In a video that has now gone viral, the ticket inspector, Ravi, could be heard demanding the ticket from the elderly passenger. The man could be heard telling the inspector that the ticket was with his wife. Following this the inspector abused the elderly man and raised his leg to kick him.
A few reporters who were at the spot confronted the ticket inspector and also informed TNSTC officials. However, no action was taken against the inspector.
