Honor 20i (review) has received a new Phantom Red Limited Edition paintjob in India. The colour version unleashed by Huawei sub-brand Honor will join the Phantom Blue and Midnight Black shades of the smartphone that were introduced back in June in the country. As the name suggests, the Honor 20i Phantom Red colour option will be available in limited numbers. The Honor 20i price in India is set at Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM and 128GB storage variant and will be available via Amazon, Flipkart, and Honor India online store starting tomorrow. The new red colour option uses the same 3D photolithography technology with a dynamic prism-shaped colour gradient as its siblings.
Honor 20i specifications
To recall, the Honor 20i ships with EMUI 9 with Android 9 Pie OS out of the box. The handset has a 6.21-inch full HD+ IPS LCD display with a dewdrop notch up top and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. At its core lies 12nm octa-core Kirin 710 SoC coupled with Mali G51 GPU and 4GB RAM. The 128GB onboard storage can be further expandable up to 512GB using a microSD card. The fingerprint scanner is mounted at the back panel of the phone.
In the camera department, the Honor 20i rocks triple cameras on the rear with a 24-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor, paired with an 8-megapixel wide-angle and a 2-megapixel depth second and third sensors respectively. The front camera features a 32-megapixel unit backed by AI. The entire setup is run by 3,400mAh battery. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and micro USB. The Honor 20i measures 154.8 × 73.64 × 7.95mm and weighs 164 grams.
