Class Three student found dead in a hostel in Vijayawada

VIJAYAWADA: A class Three student was found dead under suspicious circumstances at a BC Welfare Hostel in Challapalli town in Krishna district on Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Dasari Aditya (6).
According to Challapalli cops, the incident happened in the morning when the hostel officials informed about his horrific death. Upon reaching the spot, cops examined the scene and found that his throat was slit open and him laying dead in a pool of blood.
Cops are yet to ascertain the actual cause of the death but preliminary investigation suggest that this is a case of murder. As of now, a case under section 174 of CrPC (suspicious death) was registered by Challapalli cops. Further investigation is still on.
