“The parties intend to deepen mutual beneficial cooperation, says the draft copy of the MoU, which has been approved by the state cabinet. The MoU will agree for an exchange of information on the investment climate and business conditions, along with assisting in the execution of joint projects in priority areas.
Additionally, it will assist in the exchange of official and business delegations in trade, economy and commercial enterprises. The agreement is probably to be signed in Vladivostok during the fifth Eastern Economic Forum, to be conducted from September 4 to 6.
