Rajkot: Two arrested for escaping from petrol pump without paying

RAJKOT: Amreli police arrested two persons who had allegedly filled diesel and escaped without paying the money at petrol pump.
According to police, accused Gatu Vala, aged 29, and Mahipat Kotila, aged 21, went to Bhagtinandan petrol pump in Lothpur village of Hindorna Chowkdi in Rajula taluka in Gujarat's Amreli district on August 4.

They filled 27.2 liter diesel in their vehicle but didn’t pay the money and escaped from the place. The petrol pump owner had registered the offence against both of them in Jafrabad police station.
Special Operation Group (SOG) police inspector RK Karamta said, “We had specific information about the moment of these two accused and based on that we caught them when our team was in patrolling.”
