NEW DELHI: HSIL reported a net profit of Rs 14.34 crore in the quarter ended June 2019. Its profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 2.1 crore in Q1 FY19.The company's net income stood at Rs 443 crore in the said quarter, a dip of 19 per cent from Rs 543.96 crore it registered in the similar quarter previous year.
Equity share of Rs 2 each of Somany Home Innovation shall be issued and allotted for every one equity share of Rs 2 each held by the shareholders in HSIL, as a result of the composite scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata in its order dated June 26, 2019 sanctioning the scheme of arrangement between HSIL, Somany Home innovation and Brilloca and their respective shareholders and creditors.
Its revenue from 'Building Products' segment was Rs 137.9 crore in Q1 FY20 as against Rs 239.57 crore in Q1 Fy19.
