AHMEDABAD: A 13-year-old boy from the Jagatpur Road area in Chandlodia went missing after being scolded by his grandmother on Friday. Sola high court police registered a missing person case on Saturday night.
The boy, Krutarth Visavadia, is a class IX student of Shakti School in Chandlodia.
His father, Mitesh Visavadia, 39, a conductor with the AMTS (Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service), told Sola high court police that he lives with his mother Nirmala, 65, and has two sons Mehang, 17, and Krutarth, 13.
On Friday morning, Mitesh’s mother Nirmala checked Krutarth’s school diary and found that his teacher had written a note to call his parents. The teacher had written the note as Krutarth was not focussing on his studies and did not complete his homework. Nirmala asked Krutarth why he did not tell his father about the note, the FIR states.

After this, Nirmala asked Krutarth to do his homework and went about some chores. After a while, she could not find Krutarth anywhere. She told Mitesh about the incident and he came home to look for Krutarth.
After looking for one day, Mitesh could not find Krutarth and approached police.
