EASTON -- The rain didn’t stop golfers from all over the South Shore participating in the 35th annual Jack Conway Memorial Golf Tournament for the Homeless. The event raised more than $10,000 to help fund programs, services and housing for the homeless in southeastern Massachusetts.

As in previous years, proceeds from the fundraiser will go to Father Bill’s & MainSpring, which operates homeless shelters in Quincy, Brockton, Plymouth, Wareham, Middleboro and Stoughton, the Charity Guild’s food pantry in Brockton, and My Brother’s Keeper in Easton and Dartmouth, among other charitable organizations.
