SC Garg seeks early retirement post abrupt transfer to power ministry
Subhash Chandra Garg, who has been leading the govt’s fight in trying to secure a greater portion of the RBI’s reserves, seeks retirement; this came after he was transferred to the Ministry Of Power as part of the govt’s first senior bureaucratic rejig.
