Gang of five robbers held

Ghaziabad: A gang of five thieves, accused of committing several robberies in residential societies in the city, were arrested on Monday morning from Vijay Nagar. Jewellery worth Rs 3 lakh was recovered from their possession.
The arrested have been identified as Kapil, Shariduddin, Cheen Mohammad, Sudhir and Ankit, all belonging to Bulandshahr.
“The accused were produced in a city court on Monday that sent them to jail,” said Shyamvir Singh, the SHO of Vijay Nagar police station.TNN
