In a shocking incident, in a remotely located Mangli village of Chamba district people are demanding foot bridge over a charged rivulet for last five years, but no one has considered this demand. Recently, in absence of a bridge, the only earning hand in the family, a 30-year-old youth died in this rivulet on Sunday night and his body was recovered. 30-year-old Narain Singh has left behind two small children, wife and parents behind. This incident has exposed the seriousness of the government in this backward district of Himachal Pradesh.
