India successfully launches world's first mission to South Pole

NEW DELHI: On July 22, 2019, India successfully launched its second Moon mission-Chandrayaan--2. It is world's first mission to Moon's South Pole. If successful, the mission, will make India the fourth nation to soft land on the Moon after the US, Russia and China.
