Steven has joined ServingIntel as our Regional Sales Manager and comes to us with 20 years of entrepreneurial skills, sales, business development, and leadership experience. Most recently he was the Director of Operations with Envoy America, Inc in Chicago, IL. In this role he was responsible for territory financials and forecasting and all recruiting/hiring. Steven was responsible for launching a new ride-share territory in Chicago specifically targeted to senior citizen transportation. He created the territory and the customer success strategy and grew sales from zero to 20% growth rate in week over week recurring revenue. Prior to this, Steven was the founder and President of PENDO, Inc. in Chicago, where he helped build the national inside sales operation, created CRM strategy and implementation as well as organizing directional workflow from initial sale to customer success.
Mr. Wolf attended Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY where he earned a Bachelor of Science and Management degrees. In addition to his schooling, Steven also served in the Business Executives Association at the Lincoln Park Zoo and volunteered at the Chicago Cares Charity and the JUF Uptown Café. He was also on the 1995-1999 Ithaca College Men’s Ice Hockey Team and a 2003 & 2009 Chicago Marathon finisher.
