The reporting on Saturday was followed by high tea in the evening, catering to over 3,500 people, including parents, students and teachers.

The teachers from all 13 departments were invited to answer questions of parents regarding departments of their wards, academic culture in the institute and opportunities for students in future. “We assured parents that their wards will be studying under the teachers who are masters of their subjects, and the institute will help build character of every individual student along with their academic growth", said a teacher. The interaction with professors in the evening, and the process of room allotment ensured the parents that their wards would be looked after well.
