Of late, the Facebook timeline of many have been flooding with celebrity photographs that shows the older versions of their younger selves.
While the image altering credits goes to FaceApp’s ageing filter that has resurfaced after going viral a few years ago, the app has upgraded its effects to make the output more realistic. With the app producing most accurate results, many young people have compared the photos of their parents to the AI-aged photos of themselves.
With the resemblance in most cases being uncanny, the app analyses the neural networks to identify the spots where the person will wrinkle, parts of their face that will sag over the years and also how far their hairline will recede.

Video of tourists pelting stones at zoo panda to wake it up sparks outrage
Widely acknowledged by all, pandas are one of the most adorable species on earth. However, in a recent video that was circulated on Chinese social media site Weibo that was filmed in Beijing Zoo, one can see tourists throwing stones at Meng Da, a giant panda to wake it up.
The video drew not only 100 million hits but also severe outrage by many who condemned such evil against the poor creature. “How dare they hurt our lovable national treasure?” one Weibo user wrote, while the other suggested the zoo authorities to build a glass wall to protect the panda.
Though the Beijing Zoo said that Meng Da was not hurt due to the stone-throwing, it assured to improve security and inspections at the enclosure for the national animal of China.
British Airways aircraft makes low landing, forcing tourists to duck for cover
While many may still fantasize to fly on a plane, a few of them had a very close view of aircraft as one flight made a super low landing at Greece airport.
Shared by YouTube channel Cargospotter, the hair-raising footage shows a British Airways flight flying just a few feet above tourists on a beach.
Forced to duck for cover, one couple was reportedly even “pushed off” a ledge due to the force from the jet blast.
Describing the airport, Cargospotter wrote, “Airplanes land and depart right behind a small road and the airport of Skiathos... The people who were watching the planes were pushed from the wall by the wake turbulence of the Embraer.” The video has garnered over 2 million views.
