NEW DELHI: The rudder of an Air India Airbus A321 (VT-PPB) hit the right side wing tip of an Air India Boeing 777 (VT-ALN) early on Tuesday morning at Mumbai airport.
The A321 was being towed from ramp area to NEC hangar. In the process, the A321’s rudder hit right side wing tip of AI’s B777 that was parked outside the hangar.
As a result of collision, rudder of VT-PPB and wing tip navigation light of VT-ALN is damaged.
