Thane: Car catches fire at Ulhasnagar petrol pump

ULHASNAGAR (THANE): A car caught fire at a 17 section-based petrol pump in Ulhasnagar under Thane district of Maharashtra on Tuesday afternoon.
Looking at the smoke, the car driver and the staff of the petrol pump pushed the vehicle and took it outside the station.
Police said the incident took place due to short circuit in the battery.
Later, the petrol pump employees used the fire extinguisher while locals used water to douse the fire.
