Mother of raped and murdered girl to get govt job in Coimbatore

COIMBATORE: Coimbatore district collector K Rajamani on Monday handed over a cheque for Rs 3 lakh and a government job offer to the mother of a seven-year-old girl who was raped and murdered on March 25.

The collector told the child’s mother to submit identity proof and documents regarding her educational qualifications to the Coimbatore North tehsildar.
The woman said she had completed Class X. She was accompanied by Coimbatore committee members of All India Democratic Women’s Association.
