Kartarpur Corridor: Pakistan assured no anti-India activity will be allowed, says SCL Das

Bilateral meeting between India and Pakistan on Kartarpur Corridor concluded today. While speaking on this issue, Joint secretary (Internal Security) at MHA, SCL Das said that we have several concerns regarding individual or organisation which are based in Pakistan who may try to disrupt the pilgrimage, Pakistan side has assured our delegation in response to the request made that no anti-India activity will be allowed by them. “We have assured the importance of insuring safe and secure environment for the pilgrims, we have several concerns regarding individual or organisation which are based in Pakistan who may try to disrupt the pilgrimage and misuse the opportunity to play with the sentiment of pilgrims. Pakistan side has assured our delegation in response to the request made that no anti-India activity will be allowed by them.”
