David Beckham's father Ted 'has found love again with a multi-millionaire lawyer' nearly 20 years after splitting from wife Sandra
David Beckham's father Ted has reportedly embarked on a romance with multi-millionaire lawyer Hilary Meredith, 17 years after he divorced his wife of 32 years, Sandra.
The former kitchen fitter, 70, is said to have fallen for the lobbyist, 60, after the pair met at ex-services care home Broughton House in Manchester back in April.
Taking their 'whirlwind' relationship to the next level, the famous sportsman's dad joined new girlfriend Hilary at her Majorca villa for her 60th birthday on Saturday.

'We haven’t seen her so happy for a long long time', A source close to Hilary told The Sun Online.
'It’s been a bit of a whirlwind romance to say the least. They have been seeing each other for a few weeks. It’s all so exciting.
'Hilary throws great parties so we’re all a bit giddy at the prospect of Victoria and David getting an invite to be there', they added.

Following over three decades of marriage, the pair split in 2002, during the last months of footballer David's Manchester United career.
In an interview with The Mirror back in 2005, Ted admitted his children were affected by his split.
He shared at the time: 'David has spoken about how hard our splitting up was for him - it was tough for all our children.

'I know they were all pretty much grown up by the time we got divorced but it was still a heck of a shock for them.
