Amicable Congregational Church to hold services at Fogland Beach in Tiverton

TIVERTON, R.I. - Amicable Congregational Church, United Church of Christ,  announced the July 14 worship services will be held at Fogland Beach. Gather at Fogland Beach at 10 a.m. Incorporated in this worship service will be time to pick up litter on the beach and bring it to the “altar” as a sign of our caring for God’s creation. Worshipers are encouraged to bring beach chairs, beach blanket and a picnic basket of food to share for “coffee hour” on the beach.

On Mondays, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., Al Anon meets at Amicable Church.

On Tuesday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m., all are invited to the on-going “Faith Conversation.” Using Bible readings as a spring board for conversation, those attending discuss issues of the day.

Our Wednesday morning quilting and knitting group is on break for summer.
