Ineos to restart Forties crude oil processing unit at 1700 GMT LONDON: Ineos will restart a plant at its British Kinneil oil and gas terminal from 1700 GMT on Thursday after an outage reduced flows of the Forties crude oil stream, which underpins the global oil benchmark Brent.

Ineos had said it expected to restart the unit by Friday after reducing Forties flows to as little as 150,000 barrels per day (bpd) from a normal 400,000 bpd while repairing its heating system on the unit.
