Kangana Ranaut released a video statement on Thursday in response to the Entertainment Journalists’ Guild of India boycott of the actor.
Ranaut called journalists “anti-national”, “pseudo liberal” and “not at all secular”.
“I have 0% tolerance for any kind of deshdrohi (traitor),” she said.

The guild’s decision to boycott Ranaut came two days after the actor’s spat with a PTI journalist at a promotional event for her upcoming film Judgementall Hai Kya.
Producer Ekta Kapoor and Balaji Motion Pictures on Wednesday released a statement, which included an apology for the incident.
Members of the Guild have, however, insisted on a public apology from Ranaut.
According to PTI, in the 1970s, Amitabh Bachchan and the media shared an icy relationship. The actor was rarely written about through much of the years that saw his career soar to starry heights. The relationship thawed only about a decade later.
In recent years, photographers briefly shunned Salman Khan following a scuffle with his bodyguard. Shraddha Kapoor was also banned by photographers when she refused to pose for them, PTI reports.
Judgementall Hai Kya had earlier ran into trouble after the Indian Psychiatric Society wrote a letter to the censor board objecting to the portrayal of people mental health issues in its posters.
