Former Indian cricketer Venkatapathy Raju celebrated his 50th birthday on 9 July on the occasion of the India - New Zealand semi-final clash.
Cricketing legend Sachin Tendulkar - who is busy in England with the ongoing World Cup - took to Twitter to wish the cricketer a very happy birthday but in a unique style.
The Master Blaster wrote, "A very happy birthday to Venkatapathy Raju. I remember this one time we dared him to pull a prank on @MervHughes332 on a flight thinking he’ll back out. He didn’t! Any guesses what #VenkatapathyRaju did?"

While netizens were busy trying to guess what is that Raju might have done, the person who answered the question correctly was none other than Merv Hughes himself.
The Australian retweeted Tendulkar's tweet and replied, "The checky man came up and pulled my moustache!!"

Twitterati rolled in laughter seeing the answer to the dare and said that Raju "must have worn a helmet when he attempted this bravado".
That is some nerves! Interested to know your reaction to it! Gave Venky a black eye perhaps?
