Urmila Matondkar shares resentment over her confidential letter to Congress being leaked to media

Actor and Congress member Urmila Matondkar recently shared her displeasure over her confidential letter to party leadership being leaked to media. In a statement, the 45-year-old expressed how unfortunate it is that a confidential letter containing privileged communication was made public. She also wrote that although she joined the party with no personal interest or agenda except to serve India, there were issues within the party which needs to be sorted. Meanwhile, in the 'confidential letter', Matondkar had made scathing comments against trusted aides of her senior colleague Sanjay Nirupam, exposing an internal war within Mumbai Congress.
