Realme 3 Pro (review) will be available at a discount of up to Rs 1,000 in the Realme Million Days sale that the company will be hosting from July 10th to July 12th. As part of the sale, the Realme 3 Pro 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 64GB variants will be available at Rs 13,499 (MRP Rs 13,999) and Rs 14,999 (MRP Rs 15,999), respectively. Apart from this, the company will be offering the Realme C2 (review) with 2-year warranty during the upcoming sale; the budget handset will also be on open sale during the sale period. The Realme 3 Pro and C2 deals will be available from Flipkart and Realme.com online as well as 8,000 offline stores across the country.
Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth announced the sale via a tweet earlier today. He said the sale celebrates the Realme C2 sales crossing 1 million units in the country. The Realme C2 was launched back in April as an affordable handset with competitive features and specifications. However, it was recently upstaged by the Redmi 7A (first impressions), which offers similar hardware and a relatively more aggressive pricing. Moreover, the new Redmi 7A also offers 2-year warranty to buyers, which the Realme is now countering with its new limited-period offer. However, we can expect the extra warranty offer to be remain available beyond the sale period.
To recall, the Realme C2 sports a 6.1-inch-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1,560 x 720 pixels, and a waterdrop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper. It’s powered by the 2GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor which comes with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The handset boots Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.0 on top. In terms of optics, the C2 features dual rear camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary shooter with LED flash and PDAF. For selfies, there is a 5MP snapper on the front. While the handset lacks a fingerprint sensor, it supports face unlock. Connectivity features include 4G VoLTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and micro USB. A 4,000mAh battery fuels the phone.
