Govt submits Naidu security details to HC

Vijayawada: Representing the state government, advocate general S Sriram submitted details of security cover being provided to former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu in a sealed cover to the AP high court on Tuesday.
Naidu moved the HC to get the Z-plus category security, which was sanctioned by the Centre, restored to him. He sought security to the level he used to get when he was opposition leader between 2004 to 2014.
The government said Naidu has been given more security than prescribed by the security review committee.
Further hearing will be held today.
