Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra are staying at their aunt’s temple – Gundicha Mandap under their annual sojourn. On the first day at aunt’s place, the deities gave darshan to the devotees in “Matasya Avtar” bhesha in Sector 10. Jagannath Samiti, Sector 4 has established the Gundicha Mandap in Sector 10. This year, the deities will give darshan to the devotees as different incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
Hundreds to devotees reached Gundicha Mandap on the day for offering prayers to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra and Devi Subhadra who have came out of their temples to stay among the common people for eight days. Jagannath Samiti President Virendra Satpathi, General Secretary Satyavan Nayak and others have urged the denizens to visit Gundicha Mandap and seek blessings from the deities.
