NEW DELHI: The 2019 ICC World Cup is down to its last three and most important games -- the semi-finals, followed by the final at Home of Cricket, Lord's.

SEMI-FINAL SCHEDULE

Defending champions Australia were the first to confirm their place in the semis, followed by two-time winners India, hosts England and New Zealand, who ended up with same points as 1992 champions Pakistan (11) but sneaked in on net run-rate.

As things stood at the end of league stage, India finished No. 1, Australia second, England third and New Zealand at the fourth position. That confirmed the two semi-finals as (1) India vs New Zealand and (2) Australia vs England.

Before the first semifinal on Tuesday, followed by the second on July 11, TOI takes a look at how the four teams shape up.
