Cong MLA gets BJP card, lodges police complaint

Vadodara/ Anand: Son of Congress Anand MLA Kanti Sodha Parmar has submitted a complaint at the cyber crime branch of Anand district against a person for creating a fake BJP membership card in the name of his father.

Ranjeetsinh Sodha Parmar, son of the MLA on Monday submitted a written complaint and affidavit to the office of the Anand district superintendent of police demanding that complaint be registered against one Vajihuddin Saiyed for sharing his father’s fake BJP membership card on Facebook.
The complaint states that Saiyed had shared the fake card on Facebook on Sunday with intent to defame his father. It is worth mentioning here that BJP has launched a nation-wide ambitious drive to increase its membership in the country. Those who enrol themselves get virtual party cards which they can share on social media. The Congress MLA too has shared the application submitted by his son on his Facebook account to clear doubts regarding his political affiliation.
