Emami changes name of German arm Fentus11.GmbH

Home-grown fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) company Emami Ltd has changed the name of its step-down subsidiary in Germany to Creme21 GmbH. The company was previously called Fentus11.GmbH. According to a stock market notification, the step-down subsidiary is an arm of Emami International FZE, UAE. Emami International is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Emami Ltd.
