Sethu impresses again with double title

SRIPERUMBUDUR: Repeating his performance of Race 1, Rajiv Sethu from Idemitsu Honda Ten10 Racing clinched a double finishing on top in the  in the Pro-Stock 165cc class of the second round of the MRF MMSC fmsci Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship which concluded at the MMRT here on Sunday.

And yet again, Sethu managed to be faster than TVS Racing’s Jagan Kumar. After exchanging leads with Jagan through the race, Sethu made a heart-stopping pass on the last corner of the last lap to pull off a superb win.

Sethu clocked 16:07.033 while Kumar finished with a timing of 16:07.152. Meanwhile KY Ahamed from TVS Racing finished on the third position clocking 16:09.355.

Meanwhile Bengaluru boy Anish Shetty from Idemitsu Honda Ten10 Racing survived a close fight with Mathan Kumar from Erula Racing to emerge wictorious in the Pro-Stock 200-300cc race with Abhishek Vasudev, also from Bengaluru, finishing in the third place.

Shetty clocked 16:22.798 while Kumar finished with a timing of 16:22.876 followed by Abhishek V who clocked 16:55.918.
