Toddler plunges to her death during family vacation on docked cruise ship

An investigation is underway to find out how a one-year-old girl apparently slipped from her grandfather’s hands, falling to her death from an 11th story window of a cruise ship docked in San Juan on Sunday.July 8, 2019
