Director General of Police (DGP) J.K. Tripathy on Thursday sent a circular ordering all police personnel in uniform and plainclothes to wear helmets while riding two-wheelers.
In his circular, Mr. Tripathy said, “If any violation is noticed, suitable action should be taken.” He said instructions should be scrupulously followed without any deviation whatsoever.
