Budget brings rain in Delhi-NCR
The weather in Delhi and the national capital region welcomed the Union Budget 2019-20 with open arms -- that is, with a heavy downpour, bringing respite from the scorching heat.
The Indian Meteorogical Department (IMD) had earlier predicted the weather to be generally cloudy with light rains in the city.
