Senior Congress leader P Chidambaram was asked about finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman's choice of leaving out the customary budget 'suitcase' and instead opting for a file to present her budget. The former finance minister said that in future a Congress FM would bring an iPad to present the budget. Chidambaram also criticised the Union Budget 2019 calling it the most opaque budget.
