"Mummy, Papa. Sorry," Wrote 17-Year-Old Delhi Boy Before Hanging Himself
Vasant Vihar, Delhi: On Wednesday, hospital authorities informed police that a 17-year-old boy was brought to the hospital by his parents, police said.
