NEW DELHI: Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange were trading 7 points, or 0.06 per cent, higher at 11,955, indicating a flat start for Dalal Street. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today’s trade:

IndiaMART InterMESH: The provider of India’s largest online B2B marketplace for business products and services will make market debut today. The Rs 475-crore IPO was subscribed 36.21 times.

Zee Entertainment: US cable major Comcast, which owns NBCUniversal, and Atairos, a $4-billion investment company led by former Comcast CFO Michael Angelakis, is looking to team up with PE fund Blackstone and James Murdoch’s family office Lupa Systems to bid for Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE), said people in the know.

Wockhardt: Buyout funds Apax Partners, Blackstone, Carlyle and KKR are in talks with Wockhardt, one of India’s oldest drug makers, to acquire a substantial stake in its domestic formulations business, said people aware of the discussions.

DHFL: Lenders to the troubled non-bank lender Dewan Housing Finance Corporation (DHFL) are considering appointing investment bank SBI Capital Markets as advisors as they look to restructure loans to bail out the company.

Uniply Industries: Leading integrated architectural, design and build turn-key solutions provider Uniply Industries on Wednesday announced signing of an agreement with Kuwait-based Markab Capital WLL under which the latter would acquire a controlling stake in the company.

Welspun India: A US court has granted preliminary approval to a $36-million settlement agreement initiated by textile company Welspun India to resolve all legal claims made against it by US client Target Corp for alleged use of substandard material.

Aurobindo Pharma: The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has pulled up Aurobindo Pharma for 'repeated' violations in current good manufacturing practice (CGMP) at three of its plants in manufacturing certain active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) and intermediates.

Mandhana Industries: Lenders to Mandhana Industries have moved the bankruptcy court to cancel US-based Formation Textiles' approved proposal to acquire the local textile and apparel maker, as it failed to meet the terms of the pact as per the agreed upon timeline, two people aware of the development said.

GAIL: The downstream regulator has rejected GAIL’s plea seeking to recover from its customers the compensation it paid to victims of 2014 pipeline fire that killed 29 in Andhra Pradesh.

Vedanta: The company said it will invest $245 million for finding oil and natural gas over the next 3-4 years in the 10 areas it won in the latest licensing round. The firm won 10 blocks - 7 onshore and 3 offshore, in the Open Acreage Licensing Policy (OALP) Round-II and III, winners of which were announced on Tuesday.
