The respective boards of Motilal Oswal Financial Services, AGC Networks and Prism Johnson will meet on Friday to mull fund-raising plans. MOFSL will consider a proposal for allotment of shares of the company on preferential basis to employees of subsidiary companies in exchange for shares held by them in the subsidiaries; AGC will consider issue of equity shares, GDR, ADR, FCCBs, fully/ partly/ non-convertible debentures or QIP; and Prism Johnson will mull an NCD issue.
