He took to social media on Sunday in a desperate attempt to find type Blood A- or O-.
'She [my wife] has stomach bleeding and her life is in danger. Please anybody if you know someone, let us know. We are desperate,' he begged.
Members of a Bali Facebook group were kept updated of Ms Frank's condition, with many Australians sharing photos of themselves donating blood.
On Monday, he thanked 'everyone who helped with sharing' and donating their blood.
'I'm touched how many great people are in Bali, in Australia and in our Czech Republic overall, we found donors from which we have three units of blood and - I hope that's enough.
'Eliska is now after surgery, she's fine. I believe everything will be OK, she is a great warrior. Thank you very much for everything.'

On Thursday, a hospital spokesman told Daily Mail Australia Ms Frank had been diagnosed with a pancreatic tumour.
'She was diagnosed with a tumour in January but it came back. When she arrived to the hospital, she was in a bad condition,' the spokesman said.
'She was suffering from peritonitic in the abdomen, a very strong infection. She was also suffering from sepsis and her blood test showed anaemia.'
Doctors prepped Ms Frank for open abdomen surgery - which was declared a success, but she was still in a comatose condition afterwards.
