Former U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, Christopher Hill, who was the lead U.S. negotiator in the Six Party Talks regarding North Korea's nuclear program more than a decade ago, is skeptical of President Donald Trump's recent visit with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un at the border of North and South Korea. "We have to see whether North Korea is serious about denuclearization," Hill told the Associated Press in a skype interview from his office at the University of Denver, where he teaches diplomacy and foreign affairs.
