Yo Yo Honey Singh lands in trouble yet again for 'vulgar' lyrics in 'Makhna' song

Music director and Indi-pop singer Yo Yo Honey Singh has landed in trouble over the alleged objectionable lyrics of his song, 'Makhna', which released in December, 2018. Manisha Gulati, Chairperson of the Punjab State Women Commission has reportedly written to senior police officials recommending action against the singer over the use of lines such as ‘Mein hoon womaniser’ and ‘Silicon wali ladkiyon ko mein pakadta nahi’. Gulati has sought status report in the matter from the officials by July 12. In the past too, Honey Singh has been slammed for offensive lyrics in his songs.
