A father and daughter were left embarrassed when a comment was left on a Facebook picture of them.
Darren McCready, from Ireland, posted a picture of him and his two daughters when a Facebook friend mistook his eldest daughter Sophie for his new girlfriend.
Micheal Cerutti left a message under the photo on Facebook which said 'you're punching mate'.
The comment was met with confusion from other friends and family, with one saying: 'That's his wee girl.'

His daughter Sophie lee also posted the exchange and picture on Twitter, and wrote: 'I don't really know how to take this to be honest.'

While a friend later posted a picture of the Darren with his top off and said: 'Here he is! The hot daddy himself working up a sweat for all you ladies ..'
Later on Sophie also tweeted: 'Safe to say I’ll never get a photo way my da again."
