Aizaeah Kori-Lee Tarawa, 19, blew three times over the alcohol legal limit hours after causing the accident.

Tarawa was traveling on a road near Auckland, New Zealand with his 16-year-old sister, when attempting to overtake another driver at 110km/h. He crossed over the centre-line of the road and into the path of an incoming vehicle.

The crash killed 20-year-old mother Janiah Fairburn and her baby daughter Azarliyah, with her partner Henare Hadfield and infant son Te Tairawhiti suffered serious injuries.
