The property in Hawthorn East, Melbourne was built just seven years ago, and sold last year for $2.9 million.
The home was designed and once owned by acclaimed restaurateur Kim Coronica, and has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and comes fitted out with a $50,000 oven in the kitchen.

Mr Tomassi said to help Ms Coronica facilitate her masterclasses she held in the home a nine-square-metre Carrara marble benchtop was installed and sealed.
'That is the size of a small bedroom,' Mr Tomassi said.
